LATE PAYMENTS
If payment is not received by the stated due date for invoiced services or sponsorships, Hearthstone Trust Inc reserves the right to charge a reasonable late fee or suspend services until payment is received.
REFUND POLICY
Donations are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to support charitable activities. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of the transaction and if funds have not yet been allocated.
For event registrations or program fees, refunds may be granted if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Refunds are not guaranteed after services have been delivered or events have occurred.
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and will not affect prior completed transactions.
